The me.edu (menstrual education) project was created in collaboration with another designer as a response to a college briefing pertaining to the INDEX DESIGN CHALLENGE 2010. It concerns the fourth item, to “design a solution targeting the stigmatization of menstruation in schools”, being presented as a box containing educational and informative material on this subject, targeted mainly at developing countries.
The me.eduBOX kit contains information to help children everywhere learn at an early age about girls menstrual cycle, demystify common myths and answer all type of questions you may have.
It is intended to deliver a fun and easy way of learning , help girls comprehend how their body is changing, and what to expect when menstruation appears. It contains all the informational material from me.edu, the me.eduPOSTER, me.eduBOOK, me.eduGAME and me.eduCARDS.
